Brendan has been in the franchise industry for fifteen years. He got his start wearing a myriad of hats for a small startup franchise in Denver, CO. In 2011, Brendan founded Charles Development Services specializing in real estate, design & construction management. Within nine months, Brendan attained eight franchise clients and contributed to a multitude of lease signings and subsequent openings nationwide. After three years of reinserting himself back into corporate life, while working within the health and wellness world, Brendan rebranded Charles Development Services and in 2015 redC Business Advocacy was born.
