Our philosophy allows JSFS to assist any size Franchisor in a Membership Model by providing a monthly budgeted pricing contract which includes strategic business reviews and discounted project pricing.
The initial retainer includes the following:
- Onsite review of your franchise business for thorough evaluation
- A detailed report of the onsite visit to review each client’s needs and to prioritize your goals
- Up to 50% lower pricing of future projects which creates synergy to ensure consistency and timing of delivery
Following the retainer cost depending on what fits your business needs, JSFS will extend a monthly contract to include weekly strategy & timeline calls to ensure that you continue to reach your goals.

The Membership Model provides a fully customized experience where you have access to JSFS’s expertise in a partnership to drive your success. This will provide you with the opportunity to custom build each project so that it is in alignment with your strategy and business goals. The Membership Model also includes more than delivering the great services by competent professionals at a fair price; it includes improving your franchise concept, ensuring all necessary and needed documentation is planned and created, and provides a payment schedule for easy budgeting.

Each system and process we help you create will be thoroughly documented in a clear and easy to access format. Which in turn will make it easy to use by your franchisees in order to maintain your brand standards and vision. The results will be that you can grow your brand without growing your staff.

Projects will be reviewed ahead of time.
- Scope of Work will be provided which includes timing and pricing.
- Payment terms are 50% prior to work starting and 50% when work project is scheduled to be finished.
- Projects will be completed in a timely and professional manner.
